The Tupelo Police Athletic League seeks to prevent juvenile crime and violence through utilizing positive role models to provide civic, athletic, recreational and educational opportunities. This effort will operate with a goal towards solving youth problems; to promote competition in the field of sportsmanship and citizenship and to be a constructive force locally in the interest of combating delinquency and maintaining a safe city.
